St. Patrick's Day 2006 - The Shamrock - Hangzhou
This year starring: Gareth and Flat Stanley
The Shamrock has become a Hangzhou establishment in the three
short years it has been opened. Unfortunately, they lost their space in their
original location on Hefang St. (Rumor has it that McDonald's - MCDONALD'S of
all places - outbid them on the lease re-negotiation. So Chen and Rewena packed
up their stuff and have moved to a new space on Jiefang Lu just west of the
intersection of Jianguo Lu. It's a little tough to find, but the nice part is
they have a large outdoor patio and the barbecue season is upon us.
Anyway, multitudes of Irish-For-A-Day folks ushered in the first
St. Patrick's Day at The Shamrock's new digs. And Flat Stanley was on hand, too.
